Have you ever imagined a word so big, so incredibly big, that it sounds like a clap of thunder?
Inspired by the work of João Campolargo Teixeira and his monumental "thunder-word," the LETRASSONS workshop invites young audiences to dive into a territory where sound and writing know no limits.
In this activity, the rules of grammar give way to invention and rhythm, challenging participants to deconstruct conventional language to create giant words and playfully absurd expressions. Through a game-based dynamic, these creations gain both a physical dimension (writing) and a sonorous one (the voice), allowing each word to be read in a "thundering" way, inspired by the exhibition's atmosphere.
Led by educator Ana Salomé Paiva and featuring the direct presence of the artist, the workshop proposes a playful immersion into the universe of contemporary art, transforming the act of reading and listening into a shared experience of creation.
