SARA FRANCO
SARA FRANCO lives and works in Lisbon, Portugal. She studied at the Faculdade de Belas Artes - Lisbon University
As a plastic artist her work has been shown in solo and group shows since 2000.
In 2005 she developed the PLASMA! Project made at Lugar Comum - Centro de Experimentação Artística of the Pólvora Factory.
In 2008 she presented her work at Arte Lisboa – Contemporary Art Fair, represented by Bernardo Marques Art Gallery in which place it was also done a solo show, in June of 2009, entitled CRASH and by whose invitation has also performed on the 4 days event "D.Pedro V está vivo!" with the participation of the brasilian graffiter Nunca.

Working as an illustrator since 2005, Sara Franco already worked for "Tugaland/A Bela" e "o Monstro", "Umbigo Magazine", "Le Cool Lisboa", "Le Cool London", "Outsider, Big Ode", "Staf Magazine" (Barcelona), "Grab Magazine" ( Italy) with colaborations, among others, with "Musicbox Lisboa", "Pinhead Merchandising", "Concertos na Comuna" and with "Trama booksop" as Visual Arts coordinator until December 2009, having also being responsible for the creation and coordination of the project [10:10] - 10 posters in 10 weeks.
