SUSANA BORGES
SUSANA BORGES (Caldas da Rainha, 1984) lives and works in Lisboa, where she is attending a PHD in Installation Art at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Lisbon. Her artwork consists of mix-media installations and moving sculptures, that require us to switch from a "Static Aesthetic" to a "Dynamic Aesthetic". Whit a Degree in Visual Arts at ESAD (Caldas da Rainha, 2008) and a Master in Philosophy at e FCSH (Lisbon, 2011), she participated in several solo exhibitions, including Untitled, in “On Photography”, Museu Bernardo (2010, Caldas da Rainha) and 12 watts, Museu-Atelier António Duarte (2009, Caldas da Rainha). Among the collective shows he takes part, it stands out: Os mestres do Kung-Fu, curated by the collective “Electricidade Estética” (2011, Caldas da Rainha), Porta 187, Galeria Espaço JUP (2010, Porto), Voyeur -Take b, Museu Bernardo, (2010, Caldas da Rainha), Tempo da Exposição, with Sofia Borges, Museu Bernardo (2010, Caldas da Rainha), Transitório - Espaço do Tempo, Round a Corner (2009, Lisbon), Onze Assoalhadas, Espaço Avenida 211 (2009, Lisbon).
