BIO:
Sam Perry is an indipendent curator and writer based in Cardiff, UK.
In recent years he has been developing multidisciplinary projects, working with a wide community of emerging artists and collectives. His recent curatorial activity has incorporated creative writing and talk-based events, exhibitions, public realm interventions and socially engaged activity.
His residency at Zaratan has been supported by the Wales Arts International.

Shopless | Sam Perry has been developing a multimedia presentation of his writing and collection of imagery as a performative reading session titled Shopless. The result of Sam’s time responding to the city throughout March, this reading session will meander through subjects such as inner space exploration, missing azulejos and clementines. Lots of clementines.
