We present the fith session of the INTERFERÊNCIAS concert series, curated by Boris Nunes and João Madeira—an unprecedented duo who depart from distinct universes to create a space for dialogue between aesthetics, genres, and generations.
In each session, their choices intersect on the same stage, bringing together musicians with established careers and younger artists whose artistic maturity is already evident.
Alongside this age diversity, the cycle traverses a wide sonic spectrum, presenting proposals ranging from jazz and free jazz to electronic, performative, and avant-garde experimentation.
With formats varying from solo to quartet, and featuring both national and international musicians, INTERFERÊNCIAS is an attempt to map contemporary sound from its margins, creating meeting points between audiences, languages, and sensibilities.
In this sixth session of the cycle, Pedro and Diana present the performance POIS POIS, while trumpeter Anna Piosik introduces her debut solo album, In The Absence of Gods.

About the Artists:
PEDRO E DIANA | POIS, POIS is a performance by Pedro and Diana.
The thing is, cows are one thing, bulls are another. “Pois” (Indeed). They can't fool me; I have a nose for these things. “Pois claro” (Of course). This is just the way it has to be. “Pois claro que sim” (Of course it is). Shorter freedom, more expensive air. “Pois claro”. Nothing to be done, not before, nor after. “Pois”.
Pedro and Diana were making songs back in 2002, 2012, 2022. “Pois”. And now? Where did we end up after the things that happened to us, falling like rocks?
