As a complementary activity to the exhibition «there but for the», this workshop invites the younger audience to dive into the creative process of Isobel Atacus.
In the artist's exhibition, a potato chip can be a sculpture, ash is used for painting, toothpaste is used to decorate a plaque, and images with "flaws" are the most interesting. Inspired by this creative world, we will transform everyday objects into artistic tools.
Each participant will be challenged to experiment with a series of everyday materials, adding their creativity to discover how they can be transformed into practical tools for painting, with new textures, color, and plasticity.
This activity is an invitation to play with creativity, to observe the unexpected, and to expand the infinite possibilities of constructing and exploring painting in a playful way. Together, we will explore, mix, and create freely, discovering that a "mistake" can be the beginning of something wonderful.
