>>> GUIDED TOUR | 17:00h
Organized in a partnership between Zaratan - Arte Contemporânea, the Post-Graduation in Sound Art and the Associação Goela, “FOSSA ABISSAL” is a bipartite event held over two months as part of the 6th edition of the Post-Graduation in Sound Art: Experimental Processes at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon.
“FOSSA ABISSAL - 1st Moment” brings together a set of works by Stephanie Monica, Carolina Garfo, Mariana Pinho and Clara Tehrani. The visit to the creative imagery and pieces that make up the exhibition is led by the artists themselves and mediated by postgraduate teachers.

Vicente Consta and Rodrigo Martins, postgraduate students in sound art, come together in a concert with DIY instruments built from recycled materials.
BIOS: Vicente Costa investigates sound through the wind, the saxophone and constructed instruments, and through listening, with field recordings and collective creation of artistic events that bring together conviviality and listening. He develops some of these practices in the tundra collective (cacilhas) and in other collaborative contexts.
Rodrigo Martins focuses on sound as a subject in constant change. From sound design, acoustic and electronic experiments. Nurtured by recording, analog equipment and DIY, he builds instruments and makes music with what is at hand.
