Léonore Boulanger
21 Setembro 2017 19h00
Singer, author and talented performer, Léonore Boulanger mixes music and cabaret with the poetic brilliance of the street. She sings mainly in French, but also in German, and in another language created by her imagination. The classical instruments she uses, accompanied by sound objects, produce an old and innovative music. Her lyrics are inspired by French poetry, German expressionism, sound poetry and the OuLiPo movement.
Léonore Boulanger (voice, balafon, toys) lives in Paris where she runs her own publishing house, Le Saule. She has produced unique music videos in collaboration with the director Vincent Moon. In Lisbon she presents herself in a trio, accompanied by Jean-Daniel Botta (guitar, voice) and Laurent Sériès (percussion).
