MICHELA BALLOI
MICHELA BALLOI (Nuoro, 1974) is an italian photographer currently based in Lisbon. She graduated at the London College of Communication with a Bachelor's degree in Graphic & Media Design - Experimental Image Making pathway. Trained in Printmaking and Photography, she is interested in physical and psychological landscapes. Working predominantly with black&white, her focuses is on the performative practice of walking. Alongside photography, she has collaborated for several years with Dj's collective and sound designers in the UK, both as graphic designer and on sound projects. She has recently produced an artwork for the Associação Terapêutica do Ruído.
