Organized in a partnership between Zaratan - Arte Contemporânea and the Postgraduate Program Sound Art: Experimental Processes, Ainda mais quente que o sol e a ternura presents the projects developed within the scope of the 9th edition of the Postgraduate Program of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Lisbon.
The exhibition approaches sound art from a variety of disciplinary angles and formal materializations, bringing together a heterogeneous set of sound compositions, installations, audiovisual pieces, and other multimedia experimentations that reflect upon sound as a creative medium.
Complementing the exhibition is a series of 4 sound performances by Inês Lima, Francisco Martins, João Henrique Câmara, and João Salvador, taking place on July 4 starting at 18:00.
Also on the opening day, there will be a guided tour (at 17:00) led by the students and professors of the Postgraduate program themselves, featuring the presence of a Portuguese Sign Language interpreter.
